If you aren’t using a salad spinner you aren’t washing and making a lot of salads.
I have just started getting into Bulgur. There should be a better name for Bulgur, it taste much better than it sounds. It is just wheat, but has a wonderful nutty flavor better than brown rice and stores forever and cooks as easy as oats.
