I am putting on weight just looking at this one. This is a real guys recipe, I would have added more onion. Great video, I am imagining how good this would be when made with real mashed potatoes.

I loved this recipe. Finally a chef that tells the truth,… while he had a bowl of Gouda cheese he admitted you could add Velveeta in a pinch! I can hear the foodies howl.
This recipe makes a good seafood chowder too if you substitute a fish stock for the chicken stock.
