Pea soup is underrated.
If you want to make it even more special juice a bunch of carrot and celery and add the jiuce to the soup in place of most of the chicken stock. If you don’t have chicken stock use bullion cubes.

The carrot adds a hearty flavor. I like to juice carrots and add it to soups, stews and sauces to make a wonderful base flavor that goes well with just about everything.
Very nice garnish, use a smaller knife unless you are a pro like this guy.
