This is a great loaf. I had a lot of strawberries frozen that were starting to go bad so this was perfect use for them.
My first batch was not as brown on top so I adjusted the time up on the next batch.

We used to make something similar years ago with oats and cocoa, but we added peanut butter and chilled them in the refrigerator. They were incredible.
