This is better than is sounds.
If you have trouble affording all the fresh spices check out the boxes of crab boil, there are a lot of spices in crab boil you can add to give your soup a strong flavor and it is fairly inexpensive.
Experiment with local available spices and herbs.

I read recently tilapia is not as healthy for you as most believe, in fact the author described tilapia as bad as bacon, but heck, who doesn’t like bacon, no wonder Tilapia taste so good.

I thought I knew my coconuts. This is a great way to remove the nut without the brown skin coming along too and then you have to remove it with a peeler.
