This is better than is sounds.
If you have trouble affording all the fresh spices check out the boxes of crab boil, there are a lot of spices in crab boil you can add to give your soup a strong flavor and it is fairly inexpensive.
Experiment with local available spices and herbs.

This is a great use of leftover vegetables and is quick and easy. The thickener is just cornstarch and water.
Very colorful and foolproof dish.You can use thigh meat which is tastier and lends itself to stewing even better than white meat.

Pea soup is underrated.
If you want to make it even more special juice a bunch of carrot and celery and add the jiuce to the soup in place of most of the chicken stock. If you don’t have chicken stock use bullion cubes.
