My microwaved potatoes never seemed to be as good as oven baked, and refuse to explode ,even though I poke no holes in them., I was not bashing them with my hand as this chef suggests though, makes sense,will have to try it.,,, Wonder if hitting misbehaving sweet potatoes with my hand will help… perhaps [...]
The parsley and lemon juice helps cut the effects of the garlic. Bulgur is a lot better than it sounds if you have never had it, it has a nice texture, actually better than rice and i love rice.
You can also substitute sweet potato if you are out of fresh pumpkin.
The orange glaze was very interesting, I had not seen it used on Pumpkin bread before, a nice touch.
I never have leftover cranberries. Fresh Cranberries are under rated, you can do a lot with them. This bread makes your house smell great.
I don’t know how long its been since I have had stuffed pepers, these look great. I never added bread crumbs before.
