This little blog is for people that like to eat but don’t want to spend a lot of time cooking.

I will be posting the best short under 4 minute videos on how to cook a world of foods, plus include my own videos on cooking.

I will also be reviewing the latest gadgets I find to make life easier in the kitchen that make cooking quick and even a little fun.
Please click on one of the categories to the right of this page to see a collection of videos focused on that subject, or just browse the videos and view earlier entries by clicking on “previous entries” at the bottom of each page.
There are many subject “tags” missing so if you don’t see an item listed please enter your search word in the search box.

I am not a gourmet, you won’t find many recipes that have 20 ingredients and cost half the paycheck, I lean towards comfort foods and old favorites and new exotic combinations when they are tasty and quick and fun to make. Hope you enjoy and come back again soon.

This is a great short video to start off the blog. Christopher Walken making a quick roast chicken with Pears. 3 minutes 12 seconds. My favorite part is when he says ” I save them”

This chef is like me, his jokes in his videos are so bad he does not show his face, but the watermelon freeze is a good idea for summer.

This is one of my favorite deserts. I like to make it in the winter when I need to heat up the house anyway and have the stove on all day and I am baking something anyway. Served warm it is a crwod pleaser.
